VHMA EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET
COST: The cost to exhibit is $975 (U.S. funds). Contact the office for non-profit booth rates.
Booth space is limited - only 50 booths available.
Each 8’ x 8’ exhibit space will be supplied with one 6’ draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. Tabletop displays and smaller “pop-up” displays are recommended. The Constellation Ballroom CDEF where the exhibits will be displayed is carpeted and will be secured nightly, however, the VHMA and the Hotel are not liable for lost or stolen items. Booth assignments are made by the VHMA staff.

The VHMA has contracted with Alliance Nationwide Exposition to provide exhibitor services, furniture rental, labor, cleaning and material handling services. Order forms for audio visual equipment, electrical and Internet services are provided in the Alliance Service Kit.
An Alliance Service Kit will be emailed to you after we receive your exhibitor registration.

Booth assignments will be made by the VHMA staff just prior to the scheduled exhibit setup time. If you have special requirements regarding your exhibit space, please make a note in the special needs comment box on your registration form or contact Christine Shupe at the VHMA Office.
Each exhibiting company will receive two (2) complimentary representative badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $250. Exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend the educational sessions. A continuing education certificate form can be picked up at the conference registration table.

**A 30-minute block of time to utilize the private classroom space in the exhibit hall (seating for 20). Classroom blocks are limited.

LEAD RETRIEVAL
The VHMA has contracted with Swiftium to provide a mobile app that will allow you to scan attendee badges to generate a leads list using any mobile phone. The cost is $140 per app license. You can order your app license on the VHMA website prior to the show.
